The Ardoch team

An estate like Ardoch Loch Lomond cannot run itself and there is a wonderful team behind the scenes who will look after you during your stay.

Our Management Team

An estate like Ardoch Loch Lomond doesn’t run itself. Behind every stay is our dedicated and experienced team who take great pride in looking after both the estate and every guest who walks through our doors.

Annie Cullinane, General Manager - Find out more about Annie here

Annie is supported by a strong and highly experienced management team who ensure the seamless day-to-day running of Ardoch, always with warmth, professionalism and a genuine love of hospitality.

Linda Allan, Senior Duty Manager

With over 35 years’ experience in hospitality, Linda brings a wealth of knowledge, calm authority and a deeply personal connection to Ardoch. Having also lived and worked in Australia as well as across the UK, Linda’s career has taken her far and wide - but Loch Lomond is very much home. A proud local, she is hugely passionate about the estate and plays a key role in ensuring every stay runs smoothly and every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Cameron (Cammy) Bell, Estate Manager

A familiar face around Loch Lomond, Cammy truly lives and breathes Ardoch. Based on site, there is very little about the estate - or the surrounding area - that he doesn’t know.

As Estate Manager, Cammy is responsible for the smooth running of the 133-acres estate, from its grounds to its operations. Equally at ease organising a whisky tasting as he is leading mini-Highland Games or archery sessions, his versatility and enthusiasm are central to the Ardoch experience. Alongside him, his wife Gill can often be found tending to the gardens, helping to maintain the natural beauty that makes the estate so special.

Colin Galloway, Duty Manager

Colin is a valued and long-standing member of the Ardoch team, having worked his way up from night porter to night manager and now duty manager, a testament to both his commitment and capability. An excellent operator with a steady, reliable presence, Colin plays an integral role in keeping the estate running seamlessly behind the scenes. Outside of work, he is a devoted family man who enjoys walking his dogs and making the most of the surrounding countryside he knows so well.

Mairi Neilly, Events Coordinator & Assistant to the General Manager

Mairi plays a central role in the day-to-day organisation of Ardoch, supporting Annie while helping to coordinate events with precision and care.

With a strong background in administration, Mairi brings structure, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail to everything she does - qualities that are invaluable when delivering seamless guest experiences and events.

Since joining the team in September, she has quickly proven herself to be a real asset to the business, becoming a trusted and reliable point of contact for both colleagues and clients alike. Outside of work, Mairi is married to Robin and is kept busy with their three children and the family dog, making the most of family life alongside her role at Ardoch.
